30-day money-back guarantee

Jack Goodman offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Block It Security subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Payments for Block It Security are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or invoice number, or email us at support@blockitsecurity.com and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are typically 3–10 business days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing tab in your account settings or through Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your existing reports remain available to download.

Renewals

If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it. Paddle also handles refund and billing enquiries directly under Paddle’s Refund Policy.
